Refund policy

At Galerie d’Ombre, we want you to love your purchase. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, sunglasses must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. You will need your order number or proof of purchase.

Requesting a return

Email contact@galeriedombre.shop with your order number, reason for return, and a clear photo of the item you wish to return within 14 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Do not send anything back before receiving our instructions.

Change-of-mind returns

Customers are responsible for the flat $10 return shipping fee for change-of-mind returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund. No return shipping fee is charged if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect; we cover return shipping in those cases.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your sunglasses arrive damaged, defective, or are the wrong item, email contact@galeriedombre.shop with your order number and clear photos of the sunglasses and the box, including close-up photos showing any damage, defect, or incorrect item. We cover return shipping for these items. You may choose a replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping charges paid. Wait for our return instructions before sending the item back.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact contact@galeriedombre.shop.

European Union right of withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Nothing in this policy limits your applicable statutory consumer rights.

Earlier orders

Orders placed before this updated policy was published remain subject to the return policy in effect when the order was placed.
